Membership
Nutritionists and nutrition consultants applying for membership with the AHH must have graduated from an approved nutrition school, and complete the application form PDF below. This requires that they submit their proof of graduation and necessary documents by mail. It is not necessary that you have insurance prior to applying. Following review and acceptance by our board, you may pay online or by mail. Our approved schools include the same institutions as are approved by the I.O.N.C. in Canada.

Requirements:
To apply to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHN) you must have completed a B.S. or M.S. in Nutrition degree.
To apply to become a Certified Nutrition Consultant (CNC) you must have completed a 2 year nutrition diploma program at an approved school.
Membership Cost: paid upon acceptance
$150.00 per year for CHN or CNC in Canada or USA
$160.00 per year for international applicants
