The AHH facilitates a global community, embracing the diversity that health and wellness can offer, the benefits of improved health through proper nutrition, exercise, rest and supplementation, and the foundation of healing through optimized digestion and assimilation of nutrients.
The nutrition professionals of the Academy value the practitioner membership which allows them to provide specialized diet and food programs, menus and presentations which address the underlying cause of disease, activate the body's natural healing response, and ensure adequate levels of dietary nutrients.
